A Poets Muse

Poetic is how she moves

How her hair bounces with the light

How her hips spin and turn

The way her eyes hold me

Bursting like a thousand stars

Her voice trickles down my ears

Like the sweetest of honey

Caramelising my soft heart

  1. This is so beautiful, and uses such evocative imagery but it’s vague enough that the reader can imagine their own lover in the poem, which is lovely. Thanks so much for following me, it means a lot 🙂

  2. This is totally awesome, it has everything that a poem needs. Beauty, love, realistic descriptions that leave ideas in the minds of your readers long after they are done reading. I want to thank you for being my 6th follower and I think that I will follow you if I figure out how to do that.
